SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PLEASE NOTE BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY!

Shipping time frame depends on the method of shipping you have selected as well as your location. USPS SHIPPING TIME FRAME IS 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR USA ORDERS!

That does not include processing time which can be upto 24 hours ...

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the next business day which is Monday.

You are responsible for providing the CORRECT shipping address! There will be no refunds issued for orders that are lost or sent to the wrong address!

We are not responsible for orders that have been misplaced or lost by USPS! Once orders have been shipped, there is nothing we can do! It is up to you (the customer) to get in contact with USPS to find your package. There will be no refunds issued!

It is your responsibility to include the promo code at checkout! Once you have placed an order and you did not include the promo code before the order is placed, there is nothing we can do!!! There will be NO REFUNDS issued due to you forgetting to include the promo code at checkout! Double check all orders before they are placed!!

All Sales are FINAL!!! There is NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGE allowed whatsoever!
